Egyptian star Mohamed Salah is set to renew his contract with Liverpool as talks with league leaders are in the final stages, same as Virgil Van Dijk.
The two senior players at the club had previously hinted on many occasions that they were willing to stay at Anfield beyond next season but there was no progress in the contract extension.
Virgil Van Dijk confirmed that talks are progressing well but was, however, not willing to share more details about the situation.
Mohamed Salah on the other hand also shared his loyalty and commitment to the club and now the pair are set to commit their services at Merseyside.
Salah, 32, has scored 27 goals and 17 assists in 31 Premier League games so far this season while Van Dijk has been a strong block in the Liverpool defense pairing with Ibrahim Konate.
