Mombasa Wiper leaders have urged Azimio la Umoja One Kenya leader Raila Odinga to step down from the coalition’s leadership.
While addressing the media, Mombasa Wiper Chair Francis Mulinge accused the Azimio la Umoja leader of using the coalition for personal gains.
“We have tracked the record of the Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga, he has dissolved more than four parties for his own gain, we want him to step down for others to take leadership,” said Mulinge.
Meanwhile, Wiper Women Democrats Secretary General Millicent Odhiambo said it was high time Wiper leaders Kalonzo Musyoka forged his own path.
“Our party leader is capable enough of leading the coalition as well as the entire country, it is now time that we parted ways to establish our duties as a party,” said Millicent.
This comes after Raila Odinga accepted to join president William Ruto on the national dialogue.
