Clock ticking for Bandari technical bench amid poor form

Bandari’s technical bench is under scrutiny from the club’s management following a disappointing run in the Kenya Premier League.

The Dockers have managed only one win, against Ulinzi Stars, and a draw against Tusker FC in their last nine matches. They have also suffered two defeats to Gor Mahia, including being knocked out of the FKF Cup.

Currently, Bandari FC sits ninth on the table with 36 points, trailing league leaders Tusker by 15 points.

Following Saturday’s 1-0 home defeat to Kakamega Homeboyz at the Mbaraki Sports Club, head coach Ken Odhiambo voiced his frustration during a post-match interview, emphasizing the need to capitalize on scoring opportunities.

“If there’s a game we’ve played badly, it’s today. And if there’s a game where we’ve wasted the most chances, it’s this one,” said Coach Odhiambo.

While the club’s management has yet to make an official statement regarding the future of the technical bench, their silence suggests that changes could be on the horizon if the team’s performance does not improve.
