Mombasa Archbishop Kivuva calls for political tolerance

Mombasa Catholic Archbishop Martin Kivuva has called on for political tolerance in the country.

Kivuva said this during his Good Friday message to the Catholic faithful.

He also urged motorists to exercise caution on the roads to avoid the occurrence of road accidents.

Kivuva added that the economic situation is unsatisfactory for the public calling on leaders to devise measures to stabilise the economy

“The cost of living is ever rising, this is coupled by a steady rise in the cost of products,” said Archbishop Kivuva.

He urged the youth to refrain from being used to cause mayhem and unrest in the country, reiterating calls for harmony in the country.

“We pray that we do our best to defend our country, to defend our faith, to be men and women who are ready to defend ourselves and stand strong in faith.
