Tana River County residents now want the government to fast-track the processing of identification cards to ensure they get the official document in real time..
The residents said the government has been taking too long to process the documents.
They however lauded the government initiative of registering Kenyans through the online platforms.
“Our concern is that in most cases there are delays. We wait for too long once we apply,” he noted.
The residents were speaking in Tana River County during the Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen Jukwaa la Usalama Coast tour.
