Mining and Blue Economy Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho has called on Kenyans to help the government solve the challenges facing the nation instead of always criticizing and lamenting.
Speaking after Eid ul-Fitr prayers at Tononoka grounds in Mombasa, Joho said it was very easy for people to criticize without offering solutions.
Joho said in this era, you don’t need experience or expertise to critique the government, just a little general knowledge.
“You only need data and a smart phone and you have a big platform to criticize government,” said Joho.
However, the CS who for a long time has been in opposition said it is good to criticize, while offering solutions.
Joho who landed a ministerial post in the broad based government said he has roles to play assuring Kenyans he will use his position to better the lives of Kenyan.
“When you are a leader, you must leave an impact during your time,” added Joho.
