Wetangula urges leaders to unite

National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula, has urged leaders to stop blaming others for the country’s challenges and instead focus on uniting Kenyans and finding solutions.

He expressed concern that political leaders have reached a point where they harbor hatred toward one another.

“Kenyans have entrusted us with the responsibility of leading this nation. And for those to whom much is given, much is expected,” Wetangula said.

Speaking during the burial of Elvis Murakana, son of Dagoretti MP Beatrice Elachi, Wetangula emphasized that leaders should follow the example set by President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga.

“President William Ruto and Raila Odinga recognized that the country is bigger than any individual and agreed to work together,” he said.

He stressed the need for unity among all leaders to ensure the country moves forward.
