A middle aged woman has been charged in a Mombasa court for murdering her lover by stabbing.
Purity Kalunge is alleged to have stabbed Abdalla Rashid in the stomach with a kitchen knife at Makka area of Likoni, Mombasa County.
The incident occurred in April 2024.
She allegedly had an altercation with her lover before the unfortunate incident happened.
Two witnesses called to the stand Yusuf Msamburi and Amina Omar, told the court how the two lovers had an argument before the accused stabbed the deceased.
The case continues.
