Ex-IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati is dead

Ex-Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairperson Wafula Chebukati has died. Chebukati died at 11 pm on Thursday while undergoing treatment at a Nairobi hospital.
